A co-branded shopper platform born from a shared category truth: breakfast is losing relevance in Mexico, with 2 out of 10 Mexicans skipping it altogether. As Creative Director, I led the strategic and creative development of a partnership between Kellogg's and Santa Clara designed to reactivate the breakfast occasion, reframing it from a solo routine into a shared moment worth coming back to.

The platform was built on a shopper message architecture (Togetherness, Occasion, and Connect), translating the brand idea into concrete triggers at the point of decision, driving dual category consumption and elevating frequency in-store.
